Nuisance.ie exists because most nuisance disputes are decided on the quality of the evidence — and most evidence is not good enough.
Why we exist
Every day across Ireland, people experience nuisance — noise from a neighbour, odour from a facility, dust from a quarry, light from a development. Many of these nuisances are real. Some are not. Most are poorly documented. We exist to change that. We create the evidence record so that disputes can be resolved on facts, not feelings.
