Evidence products
We create the evidence record.
Not just sensors. Not just data. A defensible chronology, built for the real world.
From complaint to chronology
A complaint is not evidence. But it is where evidence begins.
The gap between a nuisance complaint and a resolution is almost never about whether the nuisance exists — it is about whether it can be described, measured and placed in time.
An evidence product is a purpose-built sensor system, configured for a specific nuisance problem, deployed in a specific location, and managed over a specific period. It is not a piece of hardware. It is a process: measure, log, timestamp, report, repeat.
What we offer
Evidence products, grouped by how they are delivered.
We are open about what is available today, what we deliver alongside specialist measurement partners, and what is still in pilot. This is so you always know exactly what you are commissioning.
Services we deliver directly today, including our managed desktop reporting and acoustics work.
Where physical measurement is required, it is undertaken with suitably qualified partners.
In development and offered on a pilot basis — talk to us before commissioning so we can be clear about scope.
The evidence standard
A reading is not a record.
A decibel reading from a phone app is a number. A timestamped, calibrated, weather-corrected log — captured with suitably qualified partners where physical measurement is required — is a record. Our reporting is designed to support planning, technical, legal or regulatory review, referencing the frameworks used by the EPA, local authority environmental sections and An Coimisiún Pleanála.
“The black box is not the sensor. The black box is the evidence system.”
How engagements are scoped
Configured to the problem, not to a package.
Every engagement is scoped to the nuisance, the standard that applies and the decision it needs to support. These are the shapes an engagement usually takes.
Scope
Baseline
Initial baseline or single complaint response
Single sensor, short deployment, a clear chronology report.
Scope
Investigation
A defined dispute or planning condition
Several sensors, a multi-week deployment, dashboard and alerting.
Scope
Monitoring
Ongoing compliance and site management
Continuous deployment, full dashboard, regular evidence packs.
Scope
Authority
Multi-site, regulatory-grade or contested matters
Bespoke configuration, specialist partner support, reporting designed to support planning, technical, legal or regulatory review.
